At Umberto Giannini, we want you to love your hair. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Ensure the products are unopened, in their original packaging, and securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
